[Fortnite] Tracker app does not working

Tracker does not count the winning matches
And if I start the app, I become the massage poops you hit a BUG “UNSTUCK ME”

I have a problem with my Profile I have 0 kills and about a few matches but I play this Game for 3 like years straight but my Profile never worked
