My EXP was reset for absolutely no reason, back to square one. SCREENSHOT was before.
Hey, just to clarify, i’m assuming you’re talking about our XP/Steak system?
When you say your XP was reset, do you mean your “streak of days” or just the “XP” portion of things?
As it stands, you’re at 230XP for the week, if so?
Apologies if I’m wrong here, but I need more context.
Everything got recent, the streak and the points. I had other rewards before, even obtained premium from the mythic division. I check my tracker every day, I checked it 5~ days ago and I had lost all of my XP and previous rewards.
This is how it looks at the moment.
Before, it was like this. (it’s from the same act, you can see V25: A4) I am not sure what happened, I didn’t do anything besides playing the game and checking the tracker as per usual.
I’m not sure if this pinged you so I will reply again just in case.

The most likely cause of this is linking your RioT accounts to a separate/new TRN account by mistake. We’ve seen this many times, unfortunately.
Can you ping me with a list of emails you’ve used at some point?
XP is tied to TRN account ID’s, not RioT accounts
Could be that. The emails I’ve used were

(The region part is just a meme, I am based in EU nonetheless.)
i’m having the same problem as him as you can see it doesn’t make sense, it says one thing and does the other, i have screenshots being mythic and ranger at the same time,
I hope they reply and how our issue is fixed 
I genuinely like to see the milestones and stuff going up.
