Can you please provide your app logs for us?
- Click the app info button in the Nav bar
- In the support row, you’ll see a Zip icon. Press that
- You’ll now have a small file on your Desktop - Provide that file to us.
*You can upload the file to File sharing and storage made simple, and simply provide us with the link.
