Can not get the app to move unless I exit the app completely. Help?

It looks like an issue with the screen resolution that we do not support. Could you please check your display settings and tell me your display resolution and scale? Do you use the same resolution in the game settings?
If other app windows work and look fine, you can disable this “Show the App” banner in the app settings:
