App Subscription

I have the premium membership and the windows app will not update. how do i fix this.

  1. Please open the R6 Tracker app

  2. Enter your ID and click the arrow icon to verify your profile

  3. When the ‘save profile’ icon appears click the button to confirm your selection

  4. Your premium account should show correctly as illustrated below

Troubleshooting:

If your account is not showing as premium within the App please go directly to your own profile R6 Stats - R6 Tracker, Leaderboards, & More! and ensure the premium icon shows around your profile photo/avatar

If the premium status is now showing please ensure your accounts are correctly here: Tracker Network - Manage Linked Accounts (thetrackernetwork.com)
