Bought premium but still not working

I’ve subscribed to premium earlier and its still not been added to my account. Payment has gone through and i cant purchase again because it says im already subscribed. Cant email them? What should i do?

Could you please check if the “Restore Purchases” option in the app settings helps to resolve this issue?
