Can't find my Apex Profile Using Origin or Steam

As stated can’t find my profile using EA ID or SteamID…
EA ID : shadowy75
Steam Name: KH`SlaYeR ( Copied and Pasted )

I also checked that my privacy settings were set to public and no luck so far :frowning:
