i have set up to be visable and everything other apps can find it and the website can find it but not the app

Do you play on PC? Could you send us a link to your Warzone profile on our website please?

Also, please send us your Overwolf logs:

  1. Play a match in Warzone.
  2. Leave the match and minimize the game.
  3. Right-click on the Overwolf icon in the system tray.
  4. Click on the “Support” button.
  5. Click on the “Create logs zip” button.
  6. Upload the file and share it with us.

You can upload your logs on dropmefiles.com and share a link on this forum or send in PM.

i play on xbox does that work?

The app will work for PC players only. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the same set of features for console players.

If you need your lifetime stats in Warzone, please use our website. However, if you would like to see your current lobby stats, you have to play on PC because consoles are not supported.
