I have not found anywhere the information about the K/D.
What modes are taken into account ? BR, Resurgence, Rebirth … ?
And what is the formula.

only the “core” modes are considered, limited time modes (LTMs) such as Rebirth are not included.
the formula is quite literally “kills divided by deaths”

But what about Resurgence ? and how is defined clearly LTM modes ? Rebirth is there since months, not sure we can call this LTM anymore 
the data comes from Activision, we don’t know the exact details either
