i only show on leaderboards for xbox but not activision or blizzard ?

Please link your Battle.net and Activision ID to your Tracker Network account on this page:

https://thetrackernetwork.com/manage/social

Then, search for your stats on our website:

https://cod.tracker.gg/vanguard

In most cases, it takes some time to refresh leaderboards (from a few hours to a couple of days).

Cheers for the quick reply, I have both my activision and battlenet already linked and have been for as long as I can remember.

There is a high chance that some leaderboards have not been refreshed yet. For example, your Battle.net profile is available in this leaderboard:
