Downloaded app not able to sync to my games

The app is not able to connect to my games. Previously been able to do so. Seems to be disconnected. May I know how can I fix this?

Hi @pandasmurf2407,

Please make sure that you start the app before launching the game. You need to play a match in Competitive/Unrated/Spike Rush to detect your profile automatically. In addition to it, your nickname must be visible (Tracker App shows "New Agent" instead of my name - #2 by LostBlood).
