Error 400 API issues

HTTP code 400 means “Bad Request” and indicates an issue on the side of the client (you) rather than the server (TRN). You probably aren’t doing anything intentionally malicious, but this error code helps protect the server from bad actors who would otherwise utilize those requests for ill.

There are several ways to try to combat this error, but we first need to find out what is causing it. First, can you tell me where you’re seeing this error? For example, are you using the website, the Tracker App, or the Mobile app (iOS or Android if so)?

We can troubleshoot from there once we have more information about how you’re attempting to access the TRN service.
