[Fortnite] API Call Username Not Working

When I check a user on the Tracker Website, I can get their info, but using their API, I am unable to, I get a PlayerNotFound (I copied the exact username)

Unfortunately, the first link does not work (Error 404). Please note we also need to know nicknames of players you are trying to fetch, not just API URLs.
