Getting ignored by TRN team?

I understand giving priority to VIP users, that’s totally fine.
But all I’ve seen in these days is tons of topics (2 of mine included) getting straight up ignored by the support.

We are not at this time able to provide support for the For Honor site, it’s in a maintenance state.
