How can I delete or private my stats/match history?

I do not want others to see my stats/match history, specifically on Halo Infinite. I have privated my Xbox games but the stats/matches are still there. Can these please be deleted? I see no option to do so.

I’m having issues as well. But other way around. I’m trying to show my stats and it’s on everyone but they’re not showing ? What are you settings ?
