Whenever i click Riot Game it just auto link to an other account not allowing me to link to my main account.
and also i already public’d my profile but when im using the valorant tracker app it shows that i havent make my profile public

If you get your second account linked automatically, please visit the official Valorant website (https://playvalorant.com/), sign in with it and then log out. In this case, you should be able to link your main account.
