I have linked my accountants but it still wont load or find my profiles even though they exist

I have linked my accounts to the tracker but it wont find or load them when I try to look at my stats even though the accounts exist. Pls help

You’re profile is private. In order for us to access your stats, you need to tap the “Sign In With Riot” option.
