my in game stats are completely privated, but people can still see who ive played with as teammates and how many games ive played with them and et. I want it completely private. please help

Unfortunately, the privacy toggles in-game are currently broken, which is the cause of this impact on our site. Specifically, they’re not updating the API.
We’re hopeful this will be fixed soon; this affects both people trying to make their account public and those trying to make their account private.

I opened a ticket, but had to pay to even open a ticket. theres nothing the support team can do? I just want my whole profile private so I can stop being threatened on the daily. (yes its that serious)

We don’t charge for support, and we don’t ask people to pay to log a ticket either. Premium just includes quicker replies (I tend to monitor that system more!)
Unfortunately, I can’t make promises about changing how privacy works as we have to be in-line directly with the game developer on this matter.
We’re aware of the issue, and no doubt the game developer is also aware.
