Hi there,
I’m on IOS and have noticed that my tracking information for my origin account does not reflect my stats, I have my ps4 account linked which is also linked to my origin and displays my correct stats in game however this is not showing on your app.
Is there a way to get this updated?

Ideally, you would want to play via the Origin client to update your Origin profile; however, some stats will pull over from your console accounts regardless.
If you read through the guide linked below it shall explain how to keep your profile up to date.
