Will the player's country be displayed during gameplay when using a premium subscription?

Premium status does not add extra features that display an account’s region.
Only users who have an account with us and have manually added their region will have it shown.
One example that’s easy to show is the LoL leaderboards. You can clearly see who has their region set, the same flag would be present on their player profile.
