i recently turned off my anonymous mode on leaderboard but its not getting updated on my tracker can anyone provide some support? thanks
@ackeepc00l The change takes quite some time to process; I’ve tested cases taking a week to reset 
Can you let me know when you turned off anon mode?

hello LJM i hope youre doing well. i turned it off today and it seems that it has not even updated on the valorant leaderboard. on the leaderboard in game it says im still a secret agent even though i have turned anonymous mode off. i do not have streamer mode enable. there have been a lot of issues with the leaderboard in the last few weeks however. any advice would be appreciated. regards
