I would like to solve a problem about me losing my streak. I was on 295 days streak yesterday. It involves the Valorant trackerI played a match and it went up to 295 as of today when woke up to checking the tracker it says 0 and I don’t know what happend. Would love to get it fixed cause I was going for the 360 badge.

We’re aware the XP system is offline in many places. This is intentional, as we deploy some updates following bugs found last week that prevented some users from obtaining their reward packs.
Don’t worry; streaks will remain and automatically recover once we go back online fully.
This impacts all users. Don’t worry, we know how many people are waiting for this to return online.

If you experience any issues once the XP system is back online, we will look at those separately for you.
