Match history updates are delayed on my Tracker.gg profile, but show up on other players’ profiles

Hi Tracker.gg team,

I’m experiencing a strange issue with match updates on my Valorant Tracker (Tracker.gg) profile.

What I’m seeing

  • After finishing a match, my profile often takes several minutes (or longer) to show the new game.

  • At first I assumed it was just a Riot server delay.

What makes it weird

  • I searched for the same match via other players’ profiles (teammates/opponents) on Tracker.gg.

  • On their profiles, the match appears quickly / normally.

  • On my profile, the match is still missing for several minutes, even though it’s already visible on other profiles.

So it doesn’t look like the match data is unavailable globally — it looks more like an indexing/refresh issue specific to my profile.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Play a match (Competitive or any mode).

  2. Open my Tracker.gg profile right after the match → the match is often missing.

  3. Open a teammate/opponent’s Tracker.gg profile from the same match → the match is visible.

  4. Wait several minutes → the match eventually appears on my profile.

Expected behavior
My profile should update at the same time as others (or at least not lag behind when the match is already indexed elsewhere).

Additional info

  • Riot ID: Anonytux#000

  • Region/servers: EU (France)

  • This issue is recurring, almost systematic, and has been happening for several months.

If needed, I can provide specific examples (approximate time + players involved / match link).

Thanks!

Hello,

This is fairly standard in reality.

Profiles update as quickly as possible (Slight difference in how standard and Premium profiles operate). It wouldn’t be possible to update all profiles at once, as we’d bombard the Riot API, and I’m sure they’d rather we didn’t.*

This is entirely by design and isn’t a bug; if profiles took hours to update, that would be another issue, but slightly out of sync is fine.

You also have to take into consideration that we cache various elements, so again, a little desync is fine

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I understand how it works (updates in waves + caching to avoid overloading Riot’s API), so a small delay makes sense.

However, in my case I did a more precise test: after a match, I checked every player’s Tracker.gg profile from that game. The match shows up almost immediately on most of the other players’ profiles, except mine, which stays behind. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes before the match appears on my profile.

So this seems less like a “global” delay and more like something specific to my profile (slower update queue / more aggressive cache / refresh stuck?).

Is a 30-minute delay considered normal on your side?
And is there any way to force a refresh / “rebuild” of my profile if needed?

I can provide 2–3 specific examples (time + players + match link) if that helps investigation.

Thanks.
