I’m missing the badge for getting 12 kills in a ranked I’ve played multiple matches this season with over 12 kills and have never received the badge. Tried to contact support but was told I’m not important enough because I’m not premium and referred to post here.
Hmm, firstly, I’ll be DM’ing you about the " I’m not important enough because I’m not premium" comment. I’m hoping you’re referring to the pop-up on the support page rather than an individual.
Secondly, for badges/awards to unlock for challenges they must be active as your weekly on the challenges dashboard.
If the challenge you’re aiming for isn’t here, you may have to wait a week before going for it.
If the challenge is active for you, but still not working, please let me know.
