My data has not been updated for more than 3 months, I already wrote to support, did not help

As a possible solution, could you try to set regular trackers please?
Something that just worked for me… change legend from the main lobby and run a game with them… then change back to your main legend… I just done this and the stats and trackers are updating properly again now
