I’m on IOS and for the past week I’ve been playing consistently and making sure my streak was going, but for some unknown reason, my streak shields have gone from a total of 7 to 3. This is very alarming, give me my shields back please!
What gaming platform are you on and what’s your username on it? ie. xbox gamertag or whatever.
I’m looking up your TRN account but I only see one streak shield used in the past week.

I made sure a shield was up but I didn’t use it in the past week as I played everyday. But it still disappeared

You have to check into the app daily in order to keep your streak alive. We have a backup in place that checks automatically in many cases but it is not 100% effective, the only way to make sure is to use the app daily and confirm the green checkmark appears on the streak widget.
