I have about 160 games played, and tracker only shows up to 98 games

Xbox series X, ZingyRiver88 is the username, I don’t care if my casual or unranked matches don’t show but I am missing about 70 games played in the ranked mode. It claims I am emerald 1 when I am in champions currently
I have the mobile app, though I’ve gotten other people to track my stats and it shows the same for those people also
