Hi, i opened the mythic pack and it says Ive won the $5 giftcard reward however its nowhere to be found?

On your inventory page you will see a special pack with a $5 emblem overlaying it, if you click on this pack you will be presented with your redeemable code.
Can you confirm you see this? Obviously don’t share the code publicly 
I clipped when i got it but its not popping up in my inventory
Please send me that clip, the actual pack never leaves your inventory.

Since then, you’ve likely reset your app. Does the $5 code still not appear? We present users to claim 2500 credits with their $5 voucher, was this option selected at all?

No, I didn’t get an option at all. I’ve reopened the app multiple times and the code does not appear.

In recent days, we’ve made some changes to the way packs can be handled.
By chance, if you have the mobile app, can you see if they display on that app?
I’ll be passing over this video to our team shortly, i’m just looking at other options first.
