No stats showing up besides my level

None of my stats are appearing on my profile on apex legends tracker. Only my level shows up with no stats, and my rank says bronze 4, which is not true.

If you search for your profile for the very first time, some of your stats can be delayed. Also, please read this topic:

Which platforms do you support? All current platforms are supported. If you are playing on the Steam client or the Nintendo Switch; the first time you load into Apex Legends you are forced to create and link an Origin ID; we require that you search this ID when looking for your account statistics. This is not something we have control over and at the present time do not support direct Steam Linking. Origin/Playstation/Xbox users can simply search their respective ID/Gamertags on the home page…

I also have this same problem. It has been months since the account was created and linked to geographic area but it still shows everything as bronze 4 and isnt showing any stats other than the tracker data.
