No support unless premium

Went to the support page and saw the sentence “feel free to contact us.” Then directly under it was a sentence saying only premium members can make use of the contact us feature. Amazing. Especially considering that, since I’m not a premium user, I have to see ads. So you are, in fact, getting revenue from my use. It’s whatever. I’m sure I’ll open this app a total of never after the first week. It’s just mind blowing that direct contact is behind paywalls now.

Hi, support is not behind a paywall at all, it’s just that priority support through email is limited to Premium users.
