i click on sign in and website reloads to the main page of apex, what should i do?

Do you experience the same issue in a different browser? If not, please try to clear your browsing data (cookies and cache) in your current browser.
Nope it’s not working either on chrome or Microsoft, cleared the cash on both browsers (still no solution), i also re-register my account and linked steam, epic, battlecord and discord all blue ticked but origin is not getting verified (not showing blue tick).
