when launching the application (after the update, before it everything was fine) the loading circle rotates and then nothing happens. I tried deleting and reinstalling the application, nothing helps.

Okay, you’re not going to be able to provide app logs if you can’t get into the app.

Does the app load for you if you’re on a different network connection, for example rather than using WiFI, using your cellular connection?

it doesn’t work with any connection, it worked before
