First off, love the work you’re doing with Tracker .gg for Smite 2—your match breakdowns and stats are incredibly helpful! I’ve actually been running a Smite 2 fantasy league (think fantasy football, but for SMITE) on my Twitch channel, and I rely on Tracker .gg data heavily to set weekly matchups and evaluate player performances. While pulling stats, I noticed one confusing issue:
“NPC Damage” sounds like it should cover all non-player characters (i.e., minions and jungle camps), but it’s currently only showing jungle camp damage each match.
That means there’s no visible minion damage in the stats, which is misleading—especially for supports and ADCs who focus on lane clear.
Feature request / suggestion:
Rename or split the stat
Either change “NPC Damage” to “Jungle Damage”
Or better yet, split it into two separate stats: Minion Damage and Jungle Damage
Include true Minion Damage
That way we can track laning pressure and wave clear more accurately—critical for fantasy scoring and wide audience analysis.
Bonus ideas for future updates:
Add a Wards Placed (and/or destroyed) stat to monitor vision control
Include a Healing Done stat for supports and self‑healing builds
Making these tweaks would really help fantasy league managers (and the community at large) get a more accurate picture of player contributions. Thanks for considering these updates—I can’t wait to see Tracker .gg get even better!
Cheers,
Frank (Smite 2 Twitch Stream/ Smite2 Fantasy League host & dedicated Tracker .gg user)
Firstly, I’d like to say thank you for the valuable feedback and positive comments around what we have built so far
Regarding NPC damage, this originally did cover all NPC but may have changed in recent patches. I’ll look into this tomorrow and ensure we’re supporting the correct data if possible. We may have some limitations depending on what the API is now reporting.
I don’t believe we have the “true damage” metric, only the “damage” metric. Again, this is something I can easily look into for you.
Wards placed and healing done are new additions to the SMITE end-game screens, IIRC. Again, we can certainly look into this for you.
Once again, thank you for the great feedback! We love to see it
Thanks for your quick response Lewie. I am manually pulling data in an semi automatted approach from Tracker.gg since Smite2 does not have public api access. Do you know when this may be coming?
Any updates Lewie? Excited to hear back. There is also discrepencies from what smite history says a match time/date and the tracker.gg time/date website shows as well.
Thanks again. Don’t worry I am not scraping the site using any tools or programming. Just manually copy pasting match stat data from 2 games each week.
