I also use the desktop app which tracks my profile perfectly, however the web app doesn’t. Somebody asked to show them my stats but it doesn’t find my account. I saw another poster having the same issue and was told to screenshot their profile so I’ll do the same.
Are you playing on steam or origin?
If you are playing on steam can you please provide your origin ID

Username does not exist on Origin
I’m playing on Origin. The only other Origin ID I had was LearningToSnipe and it says the same thing there. I’ve taken a screenshot of my profile in Origin as well.
