I’ve heard this several times recently, and the cause of the issue is sadly that your profiles are not updating on Blizzard’s side, which in turn impacts profile updates on our side.
Can you please view your profiles on Blizzard’s website here: Overwatch 2
And let me know if your data is updating correctly?
