The TRN username you provided is fine however that EA/Origin ID you noted doesn’t have a history of ever playing Apex Legends (Or any other EA title we support)
If by chance you’re playing on a console you can just link either your PSN or Xbox ID here: Tracker Network - Manage Linked Accounts (thetrackernetwork.com)
