Profile not updating

My profile won’t update any of my ranks for battle royale and arena’s on apex, it’s saying I’m bronze 4 for both when I’m not

It usually takes some time to update your ranks. How long have you been waiting? Could you send us a link to your profile please?

My profile hasn’t updated ever since I joined tracker but idk how to send a link to my account

Please link me directly to your account and ideally provide an in-game screenshot/photo so we can verify the correct data is showing.

Also please note we require that you play 1-2 games each split for your ranks to show.
