Profile showing as private even though it's not?

I recently made my profile public so that everyone can see it to claim my profile on here, but when I reload the page, close and open a new tab it still says it’s private. Is there a certain amount of time before it updates to a public profile automatically or is it a bug? My user is CrimsonPuma153 for the profile

I’m sorry to say, this is an issue with the game/API and isn’t something we control.

All we can suggest right now is to ensure that your settings remain set to “everyone” like you’ve already done, and keep playing.

We’re hoping this is resolved soon.
