On the tracker.gg Leaderboards i had a 180 day streak which has now been reset for some reason - It ssays I didnt play for 3 days when I did and I got 0 xp.
If you check my stats it shows I did play. Can you please investigate?

The R6 Table / Weekly Tournament doesnt require the app to run as it works off the feed into R6 Tracker from Ubi’s Servers.
I dont currently have it running anyway due to Overwolf not working.
I checked via the website. The issue here is that matches this week werent accounted for in the table and I dont know if every year you do a NY reset on the Streaks etc.

No we don’t reset streaks on NY, that wouldn’t make much sense.
Recently we have taken time to review the comments coming in from the XP/Streak system and it really is something we need to improve moving forward, and it would be ideal if we had a better way to restore streaks for users.
This is something we’ll be looking at soon.

It seems that the streak shields are not working.
I didnt play yesterday, and I have 4 shields today but my streak has been reset. I’m guessing this is what happened at NY too. My daily streak should still be live but its not. Think this needs looking at please.

We’re aware of this strange behaviour with shields, users need to manually apply shields for things to work properly right now.
I’m running some tests to check everything.
