It says my highest rank is gold 1 but i hit plat 5 in recent season i even have a vid of rank rewards from last season
Hi, you need to lookup your profile before the end of each season to make sure it’s accurate. This has been a thing for the last 3 seasons. We post reminders on our site, discord, twitter and mobile app. We cannot resolve your issue unfortunately.
