For some reason my stats window doesn’t open fully and i don’t have settings buttons or close the window. And i can not roll it down too. Reinstalling didn’t help. thank you

Hi, i did all as in guide, and it helped, but everything resets back when the pc is restarted. Does it mean that it is the only way is to do this every time i turn on pc and want to play siege, or maybe i did something wrong?
