Registering the PBE account instead of the main server

I linked my riot account to tracker.gg but it’s taking my PBE account instead of the one on the live server. Both have the same username and password
I already sent a ticket but no one answered.

We think this is the issue on the Riot side. Please contact Riot Games Support (https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us) and request to switch your game accounts.
