I’m using the TRN App on iPhone and my series rewards (after each week) keep disappearing. The only thing that updates correctly are the credits.
Can someone from the developer team have a look into this?
Some reward items are automatically applied and consumed, such as XP, so those won’t appear in your inventory. Was there any other specific item that is missing?
So basically all my rewards keep resetting (see first pic) and I also can’t find the avatar border that I should have received.
Am I looking in the wrong place?

Thanks, I’ve identified a bug with the awards. Your awards are safe and there should be a fixed deployed in the next hour or so. Your rewards – XP boosts, streak shields, appear to be okay? I see 1 of each in your inventory. (They move from “Rewards” to “Inventory” after you open the pack.)
Ok awesome, I’ve just checked and the awards are showing now as far as I can see.
But have you got any idea where I can find the avatar border? I’ve looked everywhere and still can’t find it.
Avatar frames are a premium thing. If you’ve got premium you can tap on your avatar on your profile to select from the frames you’ve unlocked.

I’m continuing this threat because I just finished first in the Legend Division and haven’t received the 7 days of free premium pass yet.
