Whether searching my score withoutsign in with riot id can be post my ip address to riot games or not?

For instance, Now I’m going to transfer my Valorant account region.But there is a rule in Riot Games that your riot account login-in IP address must be the region you want to transfer for a few days. Could you understand?
So tracker has a function of searching my match history to login in with riot id.
As usual, logining in with riot id might upload my ip address to riot games. It makes me fail in transfering my region.
What about NOT logining in with riot id. It will still upload ip address to riot games?
