Signed into Tracker.gg not working

Hello

I signed into tracker.gg on the app and I have a profile Mura#AUS however in the app it still appears as ‘new agent’ as if it is a new acc

Please make sure that you open the app before launching the game. You need to play a match in Competitive/Unrated/Spike Rush to detect your profile automatically.

In addition to it, your nickname must be visible in-game. If it is hidden, please disable your privacy settings by switching them to “Off”:
