Statistics are updated only after leaving the game

Immediately after installing the application, everything worked well. But later the widget stopped turning on. And statistics are updated only after leaving the game. I reinstalled the application, rebooted the computer, it did not help.

Hi @Fairkater,

There is an issue when the app cannot track your game session sometimes. It usually happens when a different Windows process prevents the app from getting access to the game files. Please try the following steps:

  1. Close your Epic Games or Steam client (use the “Exit” button):

  2. Open the app.
  3. Open your Epic Games or Steam client.
  4. Launch Fall Guys.
