My stats havent updated since I changed my gamertag about half a year ago on Xbox.
Old GT: “Kv”
New GT: “Koston”
The problem here comes from the fact the gamertags have changed multiple times and the accounts involved have all previously played Apex.
Changing gamertags causes a mess on the back end.
I’ll log this error however I cannot give you a timeline for when this will be resolved due to the amount of players who keep swapping tags.
