Dno what else to say, after getting falsely permabanned and appealing, my account got unbanned.
After unban, stats stopped working (user not found)
Tried to change sharkmob account name to a different (prev: seokhu - new meme: TTV_OFFLINE) name to get it solved, did not help.
New name can be searched in tracker but also shows user not found.
Have you find a solution to your problem ?

The sharkmob support told me to wait 48 hours, but it’s been more than 5 days.
