Subscribed for premium but

Im still seeing ads. What gives?

Could you please clarify what subscription method you used? Did you use our website, desktop app, or mobile app to subscribe?

Same issue. Even created new account cause couldn’t pay with it on this one. Always getting error, item already purchased… I would think that this would give you the hint to unlock Premium…
Also locking support behind premium when such bugs exists is like beyond useful… I mean I pay and have no way than a unmoderated forum? What is this…

Edit: I fixed it. Go to settings and choose restore purchase…
