Fortnite Players

For Fortnite, please redeem via the Tracker Network mobile app, as the XP feature does not currently appear on the web version.

Eligibility Requirements

Users who have had an active Discord Nitro subscription or Nitro trial within the last 12 months are not eligible to redeem this promotion.

Regional Restrictions

This promotion is not available in the following regions:

  • Syria

  • Ukraine

  • Russia

  • Iran

  • North Korea

Additional restrictions may apply.

If you receive an “Unknown Gift Code” error during the redemption process, it means you are not eligible to claim the promotion.

Hi! I live in Nederlands. I got the code but it doesnt work. It says “invalid code entered”. Im pretty sure i’ve been provided an invalid code. Can i get a replacement?

The code will be correct; it is provided by Discord directly.

It’s more likely that you’ve had a premium within the last 12 months; please check that first.

You can view your claimed codes both on the website (Excluding the Fortnite Site) and on the mobile app by clicking “claimed codes”

This includes revealing your Nitro code again

Hello, I played Valorant by connecting my Riot platform and I have 51 XP, but unfortunately I still haven’t received my Discord Nitro reward. Please help.

Hello, after reading through the updated requirements for the promotion, i was able to complete the specified challenge for unlocking the reward in my XP menu and got it to appear. Unfortunately, when i try to click on the reward card with the Discord logo, nothing happens. I never had this issue with previous rewards. Will you be able to assist?

i played one match and tried to open the discord pack but i dont seem to find it and it is asking me to play one more match

the code that i’m getting is 20 character and when i redeem it it doesn’t work

because the code must be or usually being 12 only

hello. I logged in tonight and saw the quest, but then went to sleep as it was around 2AM. I log in again this morning and the quest isn’t there anymore. Any fix?

now i can see the quest but even if i play it’s not getting completed
